The crash of two tractor-trailers was reported at about 2:30 a.m. about two miles north of the Churchville Road exit, state police said. One driver was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in serious but stable condition.
I-95 was shut down at 3 a.m. Northbound drivers were being directed onto Route 40 via exit 80, police said."
