The 16-year-old and 17-year-old were struck at the intersection with W. Pratt St. at about 11:40 p.m., police said. They were taken the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where the younger girl was pronounced dead at 12:10 a.m. and the older died at 12:19 a.m., police said."
